Building a system line with cutters and forming machines, instead of using them as individual machines, allows high precision, high efficiency, and saving of power and resources.
TOKO products are widely used by various global manufacturers.
Take cutters for example. Our cutters are used to cut highly-functional films used for LCD TVs and solar panels for photovoltaic generation. They assist in production of various ecop-products.
A system line based on high technology directly promotes environmental conservation in terms of saving power and resources.
Global environmental preservation is an issue requiring immediate actions.
under such circumstances, TOKO is increasing its ecological activities and focusing on “resource saving”. This is achieved through a system line which has allowed manufacturing and sales functions to be combined.
In addition, we customize our products for each customer and strive to save energy when using or transporting them by reducing size and weight.
Conventional hydraulic motors rotate while the hydraulic power is turned on. However, the servo-hydraulic type only rotates the motor when the compressed panel or table is operated, which reduces the power by 1/3 to 1/2.
